Qualifications and Skills:

Associate's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or program administration settings.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Strong analytical abilities, adaptability, and interpersonal skills for dynamic work environments.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work product.

Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., V-lookup, pivot tables, data analytics).

Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word.

Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Concur required; familiarity with proprietary database systems like Salesforce or Blackbaud Education Edge strongly preferred.

Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-and problem-solving capabilities.

Flexibility with assignments and schedules.

Critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and professionalism in interactions.

Preferred experience in union or non-profit organizations.

Requirements
