Description

Emily Krous at Robert Half is working with a client to find an Accounts Payable Clerk in Woodland, California. As an integral part of the team, you will be in charge of managing vendor information, processing invoices, and ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of accounts payable transactions.

Responsibilities:

Review and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

Maintain comprehensive and organized records of customer credit information

Address and resolve inquiries and discrepancies related to vendor orders and invoices

Accurately process credit card statements, ensuring timely collection and reconciliation of receipts

Oversee vendor and customer filing activities to ensure proper organization and accessibility

Compile, sort, and validate documents such as invoices and checks pertaining to business transactions

Record business transactions in ledgers, spreadsheets, or databases with attention to detail

Match and audit invoices against purchase orders, investigating and resolving any discrepancies

Process, print, and distribute check runs in a timely and accurate manner

Prepare and submit bank deposits with precision

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all operational information, management decisions, and special projects

Requirements

Possess skills in Account Reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial statements

Have experience with Accounts Payable (AP) to manage and process company's bills

Be able to execute Check Runs to make payments to vendors on time

Have knowledge in Coding Invoices for accurate categorization and tracking
