What You'll Do:
Maintain Equipment: Drain and replace oil on various pieces of equipment to keep them running smoothly.
Repair and Troubleshoot: Perform minor repairs on CNC machines and ensure they operate efficiently.
Learn and Grow: Receive training on CNC equipment such as mills and lathes to expand your skill set.
Precision Work: Read and understand company blueprints to ensure accurate production.
Quality Control: Measure parts using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers to maintain high standards.
Assembly: Assemble products using hand and power tools, contributing to our top-notch production.
Skills We're Looking For:
Proficiency with hand tools
Experience in general labor and machine operating
Strong production and mechanical skills
Ability to perform oil changes and machine operation
Inspection and blueprint reading capabilities
CNC and forklift operation experience
Troubleshooting and general production knowledge
Machine maintenance and repair expertise

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
