Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $23 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Sales Representative:

A sales representative is a professional who promotes and sells a company's products or services, typically by building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of the company's offerings

They are responsible for driving revenue by identifying potential customers

Generating leads, and closing sales

Job requirements:

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for conveying product benefits, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with customers.

Interpersonal Skills:

The ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and build rapport is essential for closing deals and establishing long-term relationships.

Sales and Customer Service:

Prior experience in sales or customer service, or even internships or volunteer work in these areas, can be beneficial.

Persuasion and Negotiation:

The ability to effectively persuade customers and negotiate deals is a key skill for success.

Sales representatives often need to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Product Knowledge:

A thorough understanding of the products or services being sold is essential for providing accurate information to customers.

Self-Motivation and Drive:

Sales representatives need to be self-motivated and driven to achieve their sales goals.
