Senior Analyst positions offered by The Carlyle Group Employee Company LLC (New York, New York). Support the management of fundraising efforts and investor relations responsibilities for various Carlyle funds for the Carlyle Global Wealth (CBW) business. Facilitate regular reporting, create marketing collateral, and track CPW sales reports and data to assist Investor Relations (IR) in raising capital and servicing Carlyle's existing investors. Guide investors and IR professionals through funds' due diligence processes. Fulfill client due diligence requests (i.e., DDQs, RFPs, RFIs), coordinate follow-ups and investment/operational due-diligence meetings, and liaise cross-functionally within the organization to produce customized material as required. Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Specialists, and the Product Development teams to ensure full coordination and implementation of best practices. Disseminate key processes, portfolio updates, and other business-specific developments to the broader CPW and Investor Relations teams. Support cross-platform projects, including but not limited to partnership proposals, internal management presentations, and the development of talking points for senior management.Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or a related field and 2 years of experience in a financial, wealth management, or business role. Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: fundraising and client cultivation, including implementing process improvements and creating process documentation; financial and data analysis; alternative products; customer, investor, and client relations; and, Microsoft Office.
