Remote Claims Case Research Services Associate

Location: Remote, US

Training : 2-3 weeks, Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm CST

Production Schedule: 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5pm, Mon-Fri

Pay: Up to $21.50/hr.

About the Role

As a Claims Case Research Services Associate , you will analyze medical claims and further investigate those claims. You will initiate conversations primarily with attorneys and insurance adjusters where recovery potential exists. You will use your detail-oriented nature and exceptional communication skills in order to provide quality service while investigating claims.

Responsibilities:

Examining and investigating medical claims to establish if recovery potential exists.

Initiating telephone contact and written correspondence with insurance claims adjusters and personal injury attorneys.

Utilizing the Internet and other resources to fully investigate potential recovery cases.

Establishing recovery potential on each case and Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date.

Talking on the phone 90% of your workday- outbound calls and answering calls returned to you about the claims you are working on, while providing exceptional customer service.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Stable work history and experience with claims and making professional outbound calls along with clerical/customer service work experience

Type 40+ adjusted wpm

Work-From-Home Requirements:

Dedicated, private home workspace free of distractions and interruptions

Established home internet connectivity; minimum internet download speed of 25 mbps | upload speed of 10 mbps

Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required for this position .

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $20-$22 hour.
