Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our Senior Accountant with day-to-day financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role at our Beverly Hills office, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable accounting experience in a thriving industry.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Accountant in preparing financial reports and statements.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely payments.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.

Prepare and post journal entries as needed.

Assist in the month-end and year-end close process.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of accounting experience (internships or junior roles welcome).

Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise is required.

Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
