Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Sikeston, MO

Pay Range: $16.00

What's the Job?

Greet and direct visitors and clients at the front desk.

Answer and route phone calls efficiently.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Organize and maintain office files and records.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
