Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant for the Technology Products Group (TPG) organization at Micron Technology, Inc., you will provide high-level administrative support to enable effective organization and communication in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role supports VPs within the TPG organization and site operations, contributing meaningfully to the smooth operation of processes and activities.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and travel arrangements for TPG Vice Presidents.

Prepare and submit expense reports for TPG Vice Presidents.

Coordinate and organize team meetings, site events, and conference room reservations.

Facilitate catering and office moves.

Prepare emails, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support.

Excellent calendar management skills and experience arranging complex travel for domestic and international destinations.

Proven ability to interact with team members at all levels of an organization to support multiple activities in parallel.

Reliable attention to detail, flexibility, proactivity, resourcefulness, and efficiency, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong decision-making capability and organization skills.

Ability to meet defined deadlines and work well without direct supervision.

Notary Public preferred but not required.
