Brand Marketing Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to join our team. This role involves overseeing the execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, preference, and perception. You will be collaborating with senior management and leading cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across all channels.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day activities of brand marketing operations including website updates, customer journeys, go-to-market (GTM) marketing plans, marketing and leasing initiatives, content creation, and reporting analytics.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deploy brand marketing initiatives.

Lead cross-functional teams on specific marketing projects.

Collaborate with the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, Creative, and Demand to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Oversee relationships with external vendors to create brand assets.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required.

Minimum four (4) years of experience in Brand Marketing, Advertising, Property Management, and/or related required.

Minimum two (2) years of leading marketing projects and multifunctional teams required.

Knowledge with various social platforms and traditional media formats.

Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, branding, print, and the web.

Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is beneficial.

Strong project management skills.

Ability to multitask and scale efforts across creative production efforts.

Strong relationship management, organizing and customer service skills.

Hands-on contributor to project teams.

PC skills.

Ability to interact effectively at all levels.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
