What You'll Do

We are looking for a Specialist, Private Market Product Support to support marketing and distribution efforts worldwide. As part of the PrinREI Marketing team, the Specialist will work closely with the real estate product specialists, product development, portfolio managers, and members of PGI's marketing and global distribution teams to create marketing collateral, content, and communications to support efforts related to capital raising and client service globally.
Create, customize, and maintain ad-hoc and custom materials, such as updating client review books, inserting financial data into reporting, and custom PowerPoints.
Partner with marketing, performance, and investment team to ensure materials are up-to-date, accurate and meet business requirements.
Work closely with compliance, globally, to ensure materials and distribution of materials adhere to marketing regulations specific to each country and client @type.
Support Principal Real Estate sales & client activities and meetings. This may include tracking prospect/client meetings, coordinating meeting attendance, and ensuring presenters have prepared materials.
Prepare ongoing performance and analytic reports to assist in sales and client activities.
Partner with product development to support new product launches and ongoing fundraising efforts by assisting with key responsibilities such as quarterly update calls, PPM updates, investor opportunity tracking, RFP/DDQ requests and internal sales communications.
Manage distribution and recordkeeping of PPMs and subscription documents.
Maintain organization of all data reports, formatted commentary thought leadership and other collateral for easy access.
Set up and maintain online data rooms in support of private product initiatives.

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent experience
Previous internship/work experience in marketing, communications or related field
Requires the ability to understand investment related terms and apply to communication and marketing materials
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
Knowledge of the financial services market and products is preferred
Build and maintain positive relationships
Excellent abilities in the areas of problem solving, project management, decision making, and communication (verbal and written), skills
Detail oriented and have excellent planning, and time management skills
Ability to handle expectations, attend to details, balance multiple projects, and prioritize effectively
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$27.40 - $37.45 / hour
Time Off Program
Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
