Position Details:
The Digital Marketing Data Analyst plays a key role in leveraging data to optimize digital marketing performance across various channels, including web, email, and social media. This position is responsible for developing real-time dashboards in Power BI, analyzing website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics, and providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint, is essential, along with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects. Experience with SQL, A/B testing, and social media analytics tools is a plus. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an analytical, self-motivated individual to contribute to impactful digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage real-time dashboards in Power BI to visualize performance metrics across content, email, social media, and web channels.
Leverage Power BI to create advanced visualizations, automate reporting, and ensure actionable insights are delivered to stakeholders in a timely and impactful manner.
Conduct comprehensive analysis using Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior paths, and content performance.
Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and actionable insights to cross-functional teams, enabling data-driven strategies.
Provide strategic recommendations to support global campaigns, ensuring alignment with business unit objectives.
Deliver data-driven insights to enhance digital marketing initiatives with a test-and-learn approach.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in data analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization.
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver insights aligned with business objectives.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive with minimal oversight, excelling under pressure and navigating ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SQL, HTML, or database management for data extraction, reporting, and optimization.
Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and segmentation for optimizing website performance.
Proficiency in social media analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social).
