Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Everett, Washington. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our accounting team, handling tasks such as ledger management, bank reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and managing fixed assets.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the general ledger to ensure accurate accounting

Prepare and process journal entries to maintain accurate financial records

Handle bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity and accuracy

Manage fixed assets, ensuring their accurate recording and tracking

Carry out the month-end close process efficiently and accurately

Use Microsoft Excel and Epicor for various accounting tasks and data management. Requirements - Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations is required

Demonstrated experience in managing General Ledger

Ability to make accurate Journal Entries

Experience in Month End Close procedures

Must be knowledgeable in handling Fixed Assets

Proficiency in using Epicor software is a must

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
