Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage two talented team members, and drive process improvements for our growing organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a collaborative team, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team of two Accounts Payable Specialists, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback

Manage the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, payment approval, and vendor management

Reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records for audits and reporting purposes.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure invoice matching and proper coding.

Ensure compliance with applicable internal controls and company policies.

Monitor cash flow associated with vendor payments and implement process improvements for efficiency.

Program administration for American Express Corporate Travel and Purchasing Cards

Reconciliation of monthly Purchasing Card Statement

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred but not required.

8+ years of accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments and manage team dynamics effectively.
