Atlantic Health System is seeking a per-diem Administrative Assistant for the Cardiac Services Non-Invasive department at Morristown Medical Center.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Strong Customer Service skills, Telephone etiquette skills, general office tasks, coordinate meetings; prepares meeting agendas, coordinates meeting needs; room set up, catering, handouts, able to handle multiple projects, prepares invoices, processes vendor invoices, works with vendors to ensure successful events, ensures vendors deliver good in timely fashion.

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

Associates Degree or higher preferred

Minimum Experience:

Previous office experience, strong PC, Excel, Power point usage skills. Previous event planning preferred.
