Description Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: Downtown Chattanooga, TN

Work Type: Onsite

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to executives in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is an onsite role requiring advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, exceptional organizational abilities, and unparalleled attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have strong communication capabilities, adept multitasking skills, and a proven ability to handle a dynamic workload.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Create, edit, and format documents using advanced Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to organize special projects and initiatives, occasionally requiring overtime to meet deadlines.

Maintain and manage executive files and records in a meticulous and organized manner.

Serve as a point of contact and liaison between executives and clients/staff, ensuring professional and efficient communication.

Juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively while maintaining a high standard of work quality.

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years of administrative or executive-level support experience.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle a heavy workflow while meeting deadlines.

Onsite availability during standard working hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM or ERP software is a plus.

Certifications such as Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) are highly regarded.

Additional Details:

This position is 100% onsite in Downtown Chattanooga, TN.

Occasional overtime may be required for special projects and initiatives.
