Job Title: Administrative Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administative Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks including, scanning invoices, and filing. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Scan and file invoices

Provide administrative support and clerical tasks

Answer phones and handle routine inquiries

Essential Skills

Strong administrative skills

Experience with filing and scanning

Ability to provide administrative support

Effective clerical skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Exposure to Accounts Payable (AP) is a plus but not required

Work Environment

You will be part of a small team of four individuals, reporting to the Regional Controller. The work environment is a nice manufacturing setting where team members are focused and dedicated. This position requires you to work in the office five days a week, and it is suited for someone who can concentrate on their tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
