Job Title: Associate Manager, Accounts Payable

Location: Racine, Onsite

Pay Range: $45 to $47 and hour

Hours 7am to 4pm

Our client, is seeking a Associate Manager for Accounts Payable. As a Associate Manager, Accounts Payable , you will be part of the leadership with accounts payable. The ideal candidate will have skills in SAP global travel and expense system , 5+ years of relevant work experience , and strong analytical skills ensure smooth transition through the which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Technology Proficiencies: SAP ECC Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint skills)

Preferred Attributes: Concur Travel and Expense Software

Supervise and lead a team within the overall NA Accounts Payable department

Supervise a small team of individuals (3-7)

Lean mindset and demonstrated experience of process improvements

Works collaboratively with cross functional teams and/or external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues

What's Needed?

5+ years of relevant work experience in AP/Finance Functions

1+ year of team lead/people manager experience

Demonstrated system skills in SAP and global travel and expense system (Concur preferred)

SAP ECC Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint skills)

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES: Concur Travel and Expense Software
