Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Instrumentation and Electrical Maintenance Technician to work for a biodiesel plant in Newton, Iowa. responsible for installing, commissioning, troubleshoots, and repairs instrumentation, electrical, and control systems within the biodiesel facility. The main responsibility of this person will be to ensuring the plant is maintained and up to date electrically. Day to Day this person will be working with a team to maintain and upgrade the plants electrical components and instruments.

Compensation:

$33/hr to $38/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of instrumentation, controls, control systems and Electrical Trades

PLC knowledge for troubleshooting ISA CCST certification

2 year technical associates degree null
