Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of fleet management, transportation management, and operations management.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping. Implement effective order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products. Manage fleet operations to optimize transportation efficiency and reduce costs. Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and manage logistics. Oversee procurement processes to ensure adequate inventory levels while minimizing excess stock. Analyze profit loss statements to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency. Develop and implement transportation planning strategies to enhance service levels. Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to promote a productive work environment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse. Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field. Strong knowledge of fleet management, transportation management, and operations management principles. Familiarity with freight logistics and order fulfillment processes. Proficiency in using transportation management systems and other relevant software. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong analytical skills with experience in profit loss analysis. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
