Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in various areas throughout production and warehouse operations. This role includes tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, operating sit-down forklifts, grippers, and pallet jacks, using RF scanners, hand packing orders in crates, sanitation, and crate washing. We are seeking dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic and relevant experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks efficiently

Operate sit-down forklifts, grippers, and pallet jacks

Utilize RF scanners for inventory management

Hand pack orders into crates

Perform sanitation tasks and crate washing

Handle general labor and material handling duties

Essential Skills

2+ years of warehouse experience

2+ years of forklift operating or pallet jack experience

Experience in shipping and receiving

Proficiency with RF scanners

Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in dairy processing or GMP environment

Experience with high-volume production lines

Willingness to work 10-20 hours overtime

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Comfortable standing for long periods

Comfortable working in a colder environment

Work Environment

1st shift hours are from 6am to 4pm, Monday through Thursday, with occasional work on Fridays and Saturdays. You will be working in a refrigerated packaging area at 30 degrees. The environment is wet, and you will be required to wear specific attire including a hair net, beard net, hard hat, steel-toe boots, non-slip shoes, and a hi-vis vest. No jewelry is allowed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.42 - $23.42/hr.
