What you will be doing:

Maintain concrete block forms (structurally)

Strip, clean, oil and close forms

Stack blocks for loader operator, stack in yard if needed

Clean plant daily, sweep, keep area tidy and safe, power wash as

needed

Vibrate concrete forms with 20lb. backpack vibrator

Maintain stock pile of rebar hooks or loops for blocks

Maintain a positive attitude towards work and the team

Maintain and clean kitchen area daily

Follows appropriate environmental rules and regulations

Other job duties as needed

Whats needed for this role:

Must be able to lift and/or maneuver around a facility and grounds a

minimum of 50lbs. throughout the workday, as required

Load/unload/carry materials and tools multiple times throughout the

workday

Must be able to perform the essential duties of the job efficiently

and safely

Must be able to work flexible hours as necessary. Some Saturday work

required

Job Requirements:

Must have clear written and verbal communication skills

Work in a safe and efficient manner at all time

Always represent the company in a professional manner

Must have your own vehicle

No drug test required, but you must be drug free
