Description

We're working with a finance company in Santa Monica who are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a contract to hire basis.

You'll be responsible for tracking project timelines, scheduling meetings and trainings with internal employees and key stakeholders, managing project documentation, creating presentations and workflow breakdowns as well as assisting with special projects as needed.

This is a fully on-site role paying between $28-$35 an hour.

Requirements

2 years of project support experience

Knowledge of Agile or waterfall methodology
