What You'll Do:

Assist with general ledger entries and account reconciliations

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Help prepare financial statements and reports

Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records

Contribute to special projects across multiple industries

Requirements

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting, Business or similar

1+ year of experience in an Accounting Clerk role doing Full cycle accounts payable and receivable

Advanced Excel skills with fast data entry and experience with software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Yardi

Highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to deal with frequent and changing priorities

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
