Lead Electrical Panel Assembler Needed.

Job Description

We are currently hiring a lead panel assembler to wire high-performance industrial ovens and other thermal products. The job is primarily done from a sitting position, where you will:

Perform point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans.

Read and interpret wire diagrams to complete wiring tasks.

Ensure all wiring is done accurately and efficiently according to the provided diagrams.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience leading a team of 3+ people for a minimum of 6 months.

Wiring or electrical assembly or equivalent education.

Read schematics, with ladder logic .

Own basic set of tools, including wire cutters, wire stripper, and a set of screwdrivers.

Understand control panels and wiring diagrams.

Experience with electronics and blueprint reading.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $63000.00/yr.
