Job Summary This position exists to provide supervisory direction, personnel planning, and quality assurance to Unemployment Law Judges conducting evidentiary hearings, issuing written decisions and other legal orders, and issuing orders on requests for reconsideration arising under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 268 or other programs administered by this department. This position also participates in retention and succession planning, continuous improvement projects, improving business efficiencies, and reaching and maintaining consistent legal interpretations to guide the office. This position also performs related legal work and other duties, including appellate court work and conducting legal research, as assigned by the Chief Unemployment Law Judge or Director of Appeals and Legal Affairs. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month and year for each job held.
