\ Job Description\ Job Title: Registered Nurse/LPN\ Location(s): Wichita, KS\ Schedule: Flexible (Daytime & Nighttime Shifts Available)\ Reports to: Clinical Director

\ Position Summary:\ This position will provide high-quality one-on-one care, enabling our clients to stay in their homes as long as possible. You will perform wellness, supervisory and admission visits in clients homes as needed.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Provide supervisory, wellness and admission visits in client homes

Monitor and assess client needs to provide the best possible care

and advice

Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for

clients and their families
