Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join our healthcare
team. The Charge Nurse plays a crucial role in overseeing patient care,
managing nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings,
including Long-Term Care.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure high-quality
patient care.
Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring and acute pain
management.
Administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
Maintain accurate patient records, including ICD-10 coding for diagnoses.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and
implement care plans.
Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and
treatment options.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures within
the facility.
Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance team
performance.
Qualifications
Current nursing license in good standing.
Experience in medical-surgical, ER, PICU, or Long-Term care settings
preferred.
Strong knowledge of physiology and acute pain management techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team
effectively.
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is
advantageous.
