Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to become part of our financial services team based in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve dealing with customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing customer applications. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Effectively handle inbound customer inquiries, providing comprehensive assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction

Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate

Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status

Collaborate with the team to create a supportive and team-oriented environment

Utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence

Handle both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer needs and concerns

Manage order entries and schedule appointments as necessary. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role within the Financial Services industry

Proficient in answering inbound calls, managing call center customer service, and handling both inbound and outbound calls

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve client inquiries efficiently

Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail

Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner

Skilled in order entry processes and systems

Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing client schedules

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse group of customers

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. TalentMatch®
