Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the metal fabrication industry at our location. We are searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative who can facilitate and maintain our customer relationships. Your role will involve a broad range of tasks, including managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers through phone, email, or chat to provide information about product specifications, availability, pricing, lead times, and delivery status.

Efficiently process customer orders and ensure all details are correctly entered into the system.

Foster and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Work closely with production, sales, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and to address any arising issues.

Keep track of customer orders and provide updates regarding order status, shipment tracking, and estimated delivery times.

Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or discrepancies related to product quality, delivery, or orders in a timely and detail oriented manner.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, including various profiles, finishes, and capabilities.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including quality standards for products during order processing.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback and provide reports to management.

Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and account management tasks. Requirements - Proven experience in a customer service role within the Metal Fabrication industry

Exceptional skills in answering inbound calls, managing customer queries and concerns efficiently

Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and active listening

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in email correspondence, able to communicate effectively and professionally

Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting features

Demonstrable experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Proven ability in account management, maintaining strong relationships with clients and improving customer satisfaction levels. TalentMatch®
