Our client in Akron, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting efficient shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Akron, OH

Pay Range: $19/hour

What's the Job?

Load and unload trucks as requested by orders.

Operate forklifts safely and correctly, ensuring no damage to products or equipment.

Perform daily forklift inspections to maintain safety standards.

Move materials throughout the warehouse, including staging and line locations.

Manage warehouse inventory for complete accuracy and perform cycle counting.

What's Needed?

Experience operating heavy capacity forklifts.

Ability to perform physical tasks and operate machinery safely.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Ability to train 7am - 3:30pm then move to 8am - 4:30pm.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with management and team members.
