Summary:

The Reality Labs Developer Success team plays a critical role in connecting Mixed Reality developers with consumers looking for innovative and immersive experiences. As the popularity of the Meta's Horizon platform continues to grow, we are seeking individuals with experience setting and meeting ambitious targets to join our team and help scale our Integrity review operations. We are on the lookout for motivated individuals who are adept at conducting complex app reviews & investigations, and strategically improving operations and workflows.This role involves collaborating with global vendors and suppliers to uphold high-quality content review processes and driving innovation in content safety and quality through creative solutions.The policy operations manager will also manage escalations, conducting thorough investigations, analyzing data and policy implications, and communicating decisions clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Policy Operations Manager, Integrity Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce policies across various Mixed Reality App Review workflows, ensuring alignment with Meta's standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to develop and implement creative solutions, such as machine learning and enhanced enforcement workflows, to improve content safety and quality.

Analyze content trends to identify and prioritize issues, develop strategies, and inform policy enhancements to mitigate harmful content to users and the platform.

Conduct complex Mixed Reality App Reviews that are escalated from vendor operations or internal teams (estimated ~20% of role).

Provide clear, concise, and timely updates to executives and decision makers on content review operations and strategic initiatives.

Manage swift responses to content escalations, utilizing data-driven insights to implement effective solutions.

Utilize SQL and/or advanced spreadsheet software to analyze data and drive strategic decisions and actions in content review processes.

Own project management aspects, working effectively with both internal and external partners to enhance content review workflows.

Maintain high standards of quality and safety, ensuring vendor teams comply with Meta's policies and review processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in policy, integrity/trust and safety scaled operations.

Experience managing multiple projects and fluctuating deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Experience partnering with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience documenting complex bugs and the steps to reproduce them.

Experience with industry trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in a relevant field highly preferred, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Computer Science.

Experience working in the technology industry, particularly in app review or trust and safety scaled operations, with an understanding of industry trends and best practices.

Public Compensation:

$129,000/year to $185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
