What You Will Do
Develop program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and ongoing overseeing of cost and schedule integration.
Perform analysis of program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends, and providing information to Project Leadership Team for corrective action implementation.
Oversee financials for multiple programs in a portfolio area.
Develop and maintain program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value / project management purposes.
Incorporate regular status and Estimate to Complete (ETC) updates based on inputs from Cost Account Managers (CAMs).
Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting.
Preparation and analysis of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and complete financial support to assigned program teams.
Ensure compliance to Mission Systems Earned Value System Description.
Travel up to 10%.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Ability to obtain DOD Security Clearance.
Cost control experience.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
