As a leader in their industry, they are looking to grow their engineering team with a motivated and talented Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer who is ready to make an impact. If you're a recent graduate or have up to 3 years of experience, we want you to help drive our mission of excellence in manufacturing. This is a Direct Hire opportunity in the Auburn, Maine metro area

As an Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer , you will work closely with our engineering and production teams to design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes. You'll play a key role in supporting product development and production optimization using your skills in CAD design, programming, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Use 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor preferred) to design and develop detailed drawings for manufacturing processes.

Assist in the design and implementation of manufacturing systems and processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Support product development teams with design feedback, proto@type testing, and process adjustments.

Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.

Develop, test, and implement software-based solutions (MATLAB, C++, Python) to improve process automation and data analysis.

Perform process analysis, data collection, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ensure that all designs and processes comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

0-3 years of relevant experience (internship experience counts!).

Proficiency in 3D CAD software (experience with Autodesk Inventor is preferred).

Knowledge of software programming languages such as MATLAB , C++ , or Python is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong desire to learn and grow within the field of manufacturing engineering.
