electrical engineering expertise for the Baby and Childcare (BCC)
businesses within Personal Care. The position is accountable for the
current portfolio of Diaper, Pull-Ups and Wipes product and process
optimization. This includes all elements of process and equipment from
supporting the strategic vision through Life cycle management. Serve as
the Sr Electrical Engineering representative on the BCC Value Stream
Optimization Engineering team. This role will interact daily with
leaders and peers across the Kimberly-Clark organization (R&E, Supply
Chain, manufacturing,) This position will also have strong mentor /
coaching relationships with engineers across the BCC Value Stream
organization and in the manufacturing facilities. In this role, you
will: Provide leadership by example in safety, ethics, quality,
regulatory, and sustainability, and ensure that all elements of the
corporate Human Resources Development and Diversity policy are fully
supported. Coach and mentor both plant and Value Stream team members
to increase technical understanding and ability to execute programs to
improve Personal Care\'s business results. Drive and Support delivery
of BCC manufacturing results. Effectively collaborate with a
cross-functional team that includes R&E, Supply Chain, mill operations,
procurement, equipment suppliers and external service providers. *
Maintain technical and scientific expertise in an area of technology and
communicate impact of developments on Kimberly-Clark. This may include
serving as a User Group lead in a specific area of technology or skill
to drive learning as well as strategy for future projects/initiatives.
- Prepare and implement unit budgets and schedules. Implement
appropriate internal controls and standards to ensure compliance with
applicable policies, laws and regulations. Conceive, develop,
validate, and share ideas leading to new or improved products,
processes, materials, systems or scientific knowledge aligned with
business unit objectives. Data driven analysis to identify top loss
sources and root cause problem solving. Cross-functionally
collaborate with product, materials, and product supply resources.

Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package,

for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our
401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this
role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will
depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance,
and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US
locations only. This role is available for local candidates already

** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: In one of our

center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following
qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in electrical engineering or
relevant discipline or equivalent experience and 10+ years of related
technical experience, production or R&E environments Strong technical
skills or working knowledge of BCC and manufacturing. Demonstrated
ability to work independently as well as lead a team of
internal/external personnel to complete projects within required
timeframe and budget to deliver business objectives. Travel is
required for this role. Typical level of travel is up to 25%, heavier
travel may be required at times during project installations depending
on duration or complexity of project. Experience in improving the
safe operation of high-speed manufacturing and/or converting equipment
and processes, with an ability to translate that knowledge into support
of process, product, and capacity improvements, is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently or to lead small to larger
teams to implement process improvement solutions or problem solve key
