The Juniper Hotel in Cupertino, California, about 11 miles west of downtown San Jose, brings a modern boutique atmosphere to Silicon Valley.The hotel is less than 20 minutes from Levi's Stadium and San Jose Airport and close to Saratoga's great wineries. Santana Row shops are five miles away.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you wouldbe responsible forpreparing food itemsin accordance withrecipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you wouldbe responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards

Maintain cleanliness andcomply withfood sanitation standards at all times

Manage guest orders in a friendly,timelyand efficient manner

Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products

Stock andmaintaindesignated food station(s)

Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen

Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations

Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed

The hourly rate for this role $20.50.
