The industry leader in sales outsourcing, Sales Focus Inc., is presently seeking outside sales representative to join our team. Our customer, Amazon, provides a safe delivery service that lowers theft and product loss by enabling drivers to access buildings without staff assistance. With an emphasis on apartment buildings, condominiums, gated communities, and retirement/senior communities, the solution is promoted and put into practice throughout the United States.

The target market for this B2B, 1099 sales position is businesses, condominiums, and apartment complexes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth and Client Acquisition: To boost the use of Amazon Key for Business, find and bring on new customers, such as property managers and multi-family unit owners. Create and implement plans to reach or surpass quarterly sales goals.

Client relationship management: To guarantee client happiness and loyalty, cultivate and preserve solid ties with current clients. operate as the main point of contact for support and questions from customers.

Needs Analysis and Solution Design: Work with customers to comprehend their requirements for access control and delivery. Create specialized solutions that incorporate Amazon Key for Business into their current workflows and systems.

Oversee the complete sales cycle, from the first discovery to the negotiation and setup of Amazon Key for Business solutions.

Cross-selling and Upselling: Look for ways to increase Amazon Key's customer base by increasing cross-selling and upselling.

Internal Cooperation: To guarantee smooth product installation, successful marketing plans, and scalable solutions, collaborate closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Program Management teams.

Data Analysis and Reporting: To maximize sales tactics, use sales data to evaluate performance, spot patterns, and make well-informed business decisions.

Skills and Qualifications

Sales Experience: While not necessary, sales experience is encouraged.

Communication Skills: Proficient in both negotiation and communication.

Client management: The capacity to successfully oversee client interactions.

The capacity to decipher and evaluate sales data is an example of analytical skills.

CRM Experience: Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce

The ability to travel and meet possible prospects is a must for the position.
