Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks in a building and architecture documentation setting.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough comparisons of documents in Microsoft Word to identify discrepancies

Ensure effective communication with clients and team members via email and inbound and outbound calls

Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to organize and manage data

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders

Execute data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

Coordinate and schedule appointments as necessary

Comply with the dress code, maintaining a detail-oriented appearance

Assist in the process of pulling permits and other related tasks

Report directly to the Senior Vice President

Act as a liaison between architects and other professionals in the company.

Requirements - Proficient in answering inbound calls with courtesy and detail-oriented approach.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Capable of performing data entry tasks quickly and accurately.

Excellent email correspondence skills, able to respond promptly and detail-oriented to all inquiries.

Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating and managing spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis.

Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for email management, scheduling, and task organization.

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of creating, editing, and presenting detail-oriented presentations.

Experience with Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.

Able to effectively schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure timely reminders for all parties involved. TalentMatch®
