Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position can potentially convert at $50k a year.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office operations and procedures.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Provide general support to visitors and staff.

Skills and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. null
