Customer Service Representative- Western NY Full Time Medina, Medina, NY, US

For this role, you must be able to collect your equipment from our Medina, NY location.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Our representatives answer incoming calls in a high-volume setting, providing exceptional customer service by supporting and responding to inquiries from customers regarding their waste and recycling accounts. Some duties include:

Providing responsive and professional customer service to customers. Navigating through several programs while on each call, including dual monitors, virtual desktops, and other internal systems. Maintaining program metrics and customer satisfaction scores. Passing quality assurance evaluations scored by our training department. Attending coachings and team meetings. Performing other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for those with the following:

At least one years' experience in customer service taking inbound calls in a call-center setting. The ability to pick up equipment in our Medina, NY location.
