This position is hybrid; 1 day in office/4 days remote. The office is located in Atlanta, GA 30339. Must live in the Atlanta, GA market/surrounding areas.
As a Revenue Cycle Supervisor, Training and Quality Assurance , you will:
Responsible for managing employees of the Training and Quality Assurance department including interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisals, goals, productivity, performance improvement plans, and terminations.
Create, define, embed, and own the end-to-end Quality Assurance and Training strategies.
Set quality standards for incoming and outgoing communications and develop effective quality assurance and compliance processes.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Provide training and support to Healthcare Revenue Cycle department.
Implement, deliver coaching and provide continuous improvement frameworks.
Create, develop, and implement tools and other methods to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
Manage and update the knowledge management systems in line with the quality standards, procedures, and process changes.
Organize quality audits, identify training needs, and analyze results to support the wider operation.
Create analytical reports, linking to quality performance and key KPIs to define and implement relevant actions plans.
Regular testing, monitoring, reporting, and sharing data driven insights with the relevant stakeholders.
Develop quality assurance plans by identifying control points, preventive measures, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures.
Design quality score card programs and maintain feedback mechanism.
Complete regular reviews and identify individual knowledge gaps as well as wider department trends; recommend and conduct appropriate retraining.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Create and maintain engaging training and coaching materials.
Present findings in senior management meetings and suggest improvement measures.
Provide regular daily, weekly, monthly reports.
Create, review, and own the end-to-end employee training/development life cycle for both new and existing employees.
Ensure best practice is documented and executed.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university preferred
5 years+ quality assurance and/or training experience.
Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
Experience working in MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
Experience in a supervisory role generally required.
Ability to work towards set KPI's/targets.
Technical and analytical with ability to convert data into insights.
Reporting and analytics experience.
Coaching, training, and development experience.
Creative approach to training and a desire to make learning interactive.
Ability to recognize and adapt to different learning styles.
Attention to detail.
Customer resolution focused.
Organized and strategic planner.
Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Problem solving and thinking outside the box.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$65,000 - $88,600 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
