Senior Marketing Operations Manager
Job Description:

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Planning, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager will lead the annual regional marketing planning process for North America-working closely with Finance, Sales, and Marketing leaders to translate business goals into regional demand generation plans. You'll support quarterly refresh cycles to ensure plans stay aligned with evolving sales targets, coordinate across functions to keep execution on track, and serve as a key business partner to the VP of Marketing Performance for North America. This role also supports budget management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, playing a central role in driving operational excellence across the region.

Working closely with the VP of Performance Marketing for North America:
Coordinate the business planning and budgeting process for regional performance marketing, ensuring annual plans are reviewed and approved.
Lead the completion of the annual demand model with the marketing effectiveness team, securing sign-off from the regional marketing lead and routes to revenue team.
Manage ongoing target updates based on actual performance to keep plans accurate and actionable.
Update investment plans as part of the in-month finance process, supporting accruals and reforecasting.
Prepare supporting materials and @context for regular business reviews with the regional marketing leader.
Support the regional team in improving marketing spend effectiveness through insights and operational guidance.
Maintain and refine lead routing rules for internal and outsourced SDR teams, following direction from the regional business unit lead.
Establish ways of working that maximize the value of the outsourced operations model.
Support adoption of new marketing technologies and help regional teams use them effectively.
Provide a regional marketing lens in the planning and delivery of transformation projects.
Location: Hybrid; 3 days per week from our Atlanta office (619 Ponce De Leon - Ponce City Market)
Minimum Qualifications:
You have 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Strategy, with a track record of turning marketing plans into actionable programs across global or matrixed teams.
You've partnered closely with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align GTM plans with revenue goals, acting as the connector between teams to keep priorities and execution on track.
You have experience managing marketing planning cycles, including quarterly refreshes, and adjusting plans based on evolving business needs or sales targets.
You're confident owning budgeting processes-working with Finance on forecasts, procurement, suppliers, and ensuring budget accuracy.
You're known for identifying inefficiencies in planning or reporting processes and influencing adoption of improvements through clear communication and storytelling.
You bring strong analytical skills, a solid grasp of marketing metrics (like MQLs, ROI, CAC, LTV), and proficiency with tools that support performance tracking and operational delivery.
