We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Medical Receptionist at our location in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This role is primarily focused on managing patient interactions in a healthcare setting. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, verifying medical insurance, and obtaining prior authorizations.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and direct them to relevant departments or personnel.

Organize and schedule patient appointments efficiently.

Verify the accuracy and validity of patient's medical insurance details.

Secure prior authorizations for medical procedures and treatments.

Perform receptionist duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Requirements - Proficiency in Medical Insurance Verification

Experience in handling Prior Authorizations

Ability to perform Patient Scheduling effectively
