The following position is to join our Corporate Team:
RTX Operations and Supply Chain has an exciting opportunity within our Strategy & Cost Management team, based in Farmington, CT. We work to support financial controllership functions across corporate Operations, which includes Supply Chain, Environmental Health & Safety, Security, Quality, CORE, & Industry 4.0 groups. Activities involve management of the invoicing, vendor account management, support of accounting and reporting of environmental reserves, and compliance activity across multiple cost centers. This role partners with Controllers, ES, business unit and corporate RTX OSC functions. This is a great opportunity to contribute and grow your skills in a dynamic team-based environment. Our ideal candidate will contribute to the Strategy & Cost Management Team by bringing innovative solutions, leveraging key financial skills, and prioritizing multiple deliverables and customers.
What You Will do
Support invoice/PO tracking/management activities and track against financial commitments
Support annual budget process with analysis of current annual 3rd party commitments
Collaborate with EH&S and OSC budget manager to drive accurate and timely reporting for environmental reserves across RTX using the ERS system (10Q reporting).
Provide audit support analysis
Ensuring a robust and compliant control environment for all accounting processes.
Participate in process improvement activities to drive best practices across the organization.
? Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experienceU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
Minimum 3 years of experience working with US GAAP Accounting and SAP
Minimum 3 years of experience with MS Office Suite
Qualifications We Prefer
Knowledge of SAP, Purchase Order creation, and invoice processing procedures; hRTN & hUTC dual-access is beneficial
Ability to prioritize workload and collaborate with key stakeholders
Background in A/P, cost management, accounting, and controls
Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment
Proven verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative working effectively within a team, or individually

Location: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
