Job Title: Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

Location: Inglewood, CA

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday - Friday

About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Inglewood, CA. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, responding to inquiries, and actively assisting with inside sales efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and enjoys building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and timely manner

Provide accurate information on products, pricing, availability, and order status

Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up and delivery

Proactively reach out to existing and potential clients to promote products and services

Maintain customer accounts and update CRM systems with accurate contact and sales information

Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer complaints with a positive attitude

Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus
