We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal in the industry of creditors rights and bankruptcy law. This role can sit on a remote basis, but would prefer someone in either EST or CST.

Responsibilities:

Managing cases related to creditors rights and bankruptcy

Conducting thorough and detailed research on bankruptcy laws and regulations

Preparing and reviewing legal documents pertaining to bankruptcy cases

Facilitating communication with clients and other legal professionals to discuss case details

Adapting to different time zones to effectively collaborate with team members situated remotely

Providing consistent support to legal staff and attorneys in handling creditors rights cases

Leveraging expertise in creditors rights to guide case proceedings

Ensuring an organized record of all case files and legal documents

Monitoring developments in bankruptcy laws and creditors rights regulations

Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion while handling sensitive information

Requirements - Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Paralegal or in a similar role

Have a strong understanding and experience in Bankruptcy - Creditor

Proven expertise in dealing with Creditor-related issues

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional research and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information

Proficiency in using legal research tools and software

A bachelor's degree in law or a related field is preferred.
