The Vice President of Finance, CFO will be a key member of Videojet's executive leadership team, lead the global financial organization, and prepare/analyze financial statements results and results. Through sound fiscal management, this role will be a key contributor to the continuous improvement process, driving improvement of operating results, implementing the proper reporting processes, managing the budget and financial forecasts, and analyzing/reporting variances.
The VP/ CFO will exhibit deep experience in financial principles and business strategy development with the ability to navigate the requirements of a dynamic and complex organization. This leader will be involved in 'hands on' business and change management activities while providing leadership, and direction to Videojet. The incumbent must be able to work as an effective business partner with the Videojet President and leadership team and drive synergies / efficiencies across the organization and ideally have experience in a large international public company.
This position reports to the President of Videojet with a dotted line to the (Group) CFO for the Product Quality and Innovation Platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership
-Executive-level experience in a multi-facility, matrixed organization
-Ability to build trusting relationships with functional and regional business partners.

-The VP/CFO leads the global finance and IT organizations to ensure operations and strategy align with business needs
-Partner with CIO to execute digital IT strategy in the @context of service delivery, customer experience optimization, and operational improvements on front/back-office innovation to help improve growth and profitability
-Direct reports: Nine direct reports across five countries
-Indirect reports: 400+ Finance and IT associates globally
Data and Systems
-Partner with Commercial leadership/Operations to develop financial reporting that drives insights and timely decision making
-Provide strategy for financial data that eliminates waste in reporting and streamlines financial analysis
-Drive the use of the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) and continuous improvement within the Finance Organization
-Continuously improve transactional and closing processes from a time, accuracy and productivity perspective
Financial Analysis/ Financial Reporting
-Work closely with the President and functional leaders in conducting detailed financial and business analyses to identify potential problems, determine root causes and recommend appropriate solutions
-Develop and maintain forecasting processes that accurately predicts future performance and motivate actions to insure it hits agreed upon target
-Possess the ability to explain complex financial information in a way associates at all levels can easily understand.
-Experience leading the financial portion of the strategic planning process.
-Prior responsibility for providing accurate and timely consolidation of global operating unit financials in a large complex organization.
-Proven competence and success in financial operations, new business planning, development, implementation, and management.
-Submission of accurate and compliant financial statements
-Assist in the financial evaluation of potential acquisition targets
Internal Control Systems
-Develop and maintain appropriate internal controls across all global operations and ensure global compliance
-Achieve satisfactory financial audit results by external and internal auditors
-Working Capital Reduction
-Provide leadership, direction and processes to Videojet and the Finance team to drive significant WC improvements (DSO, DPO, Inventory Turns)
-Monitor WC improvement results and, where appropriate, ensure that effective countermeasures are developed and implemented.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $228,800.00 - $381,200.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus / Incentive Pay.
