Description
The Crowne Plaza Hotel, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Restaurant Manager.
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality food.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and train food and beverage staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service to our guests
Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies
Ensure that all food and beverage areas are clean and well-maintained
Develop and implement new menus and promotions to increase revenue
Monitor and maintain food and beverage budgets
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
Salary Description
$23.00 - $26.00 Depending upon Experience
