Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant in Richmond, Virginia. This role is primarily focused on providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound calls, and maintaining precise data entry.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency

Provide outstanding customer service to address and resolve inquiries

Carry out data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Manage email correspondence in a timely and effective manner

Conduct both inbound and outbound calls as necessary

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to manage and disseminate information

Schedule and coordinate appointments as required

Monitor and update customer accounts when necessary.

Requirements - Proven experience in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.

Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints effectively.

Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence.

Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating effective telephone etiquette.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating, maintaining, and analyzing spreadsheets.

Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook for email management, scheduling and task organization.

Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating effective presentations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.

Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. TalentMatch®
