Customer Experience Professional

As a Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have exceptional interactions with our products, services, and brand. Your role will involve developing and implementing customer-centric strategies and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey in the Integrated Supply Chain. By effectively managing the customer experience, you will contribute to enhancing our reputation as a customer-centric organization and driving business growth. You will report directly to the AMER ISC Customer Service Leader, and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and loyalty, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement customer experience strategies and initiatives

Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric initiatives

Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to the ISC customer experience

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the supply chain

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer experience or related field

Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and customer satisfaction metrics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Proficiency in customer experience management tools and software

Strong leadership and teaming skills

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, in Supply chain or a related field

Additional certifications in customer experience management are a plus

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

Innovative mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt

Excellent organizational and time management skills
